 Thank you for scheduling an appointment with Genesis Air! Here are a few quick reminders before you book an appointment:

1. Please make sure that your appointment is a qualified appointment as verification does check public records. Any appointments that do not meet Genesis Air qualification standards may result in no credit being given and you may be asked to find a replacement appointment. 

2. Please make sure you have first and last names of both husband and wife/heads of house.

3. Both husband and wife/heads of house must be present for the entirety of the demonstration.

4. Please make sure to have a full address including city and zip code.

5. Please make sure to fill out all required information marked with a *.

6. Please use the other information section to tell us a little more about your friends. It helps us get to know them better before we show up. 

7. If you need to schedule a time other than the time slots selected, please send your rep a text and request a different time. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate the request, but we will do our best.
